- Clients approve a design, or ask for changes. You can require them to type their name to sign off, and each approval is recorded on the commission.
- Clients reschedule or cancel consultations, leave feedback and open the documents you share with them.

Every plan has a 14-day free trial. There is no free plan.
Honest limits
The app is new: it launched on the Shopify App Store on 3 July 2026 and has no reviews yet. If you only need a client to say yes to a picture, an email thread works and costs nothing; the portal earns its place when you have many open commissions and want each approval recorded on the job.

Can clients approve a jewelry design online?
Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise plans. The client approves a design or asks for changes in the client portal, optionally typing their name to sign off, and the approval is recorded on the commission.
Is the client portal on the Starter plan?
No. The Starter plan ($9.99 a month) does not include the client portal. Professional ($19.99) and Enterprise ($29.99) do.
Can clients see progress on their piece?
Yes. Through the client portal they follow the progress of their commission, can reschedule or cancel consultations, leave feedback and open shared documents.
